As soon as chemicals enter into the picture, safety becomes an important aspect. That is the reason why we only works with precisely defined chemical mixtures and it explains why we draw up an appropriate safety concept in advance.

Chemicals from safe sources…

For derouging and passivation operations, we only uses cleaning products and chemicals that are manufactured in processes that conform to GMP, in production facilities that are registered to FDA/ISO 9001, including complete batch traceability, documentation and an analysis certificate. The chemicals are delivered in standard containers, approved for transportation purposes, with the original seal including a type sheet and a safety data sheet. This is how we guarantee the absolute safety of the sources for our chemicals, in order to rule out any safety risks.

You want to carry out the operation yourself? No problem.

If you wish, we will supply you with precisely defined chemicals for you to carry out any of these operations yourself. In this case, we shall recommend the products that we ourselves have been successfully using over the years for all our cleaning, derouging and passivation processes. For cleaning, we use gentle alkaline or pH-neutral cleaning products; for derouging we use our pH-neutral mixture DIRUNEUTRA, and for passivation we recommend our effective pH-neutral mixture Dirupass NB.

Disposing of the chemicals…

As part of all our operations, we offer you the safety of proper disposal of the chemicals, and this is confirmed to you with a certificate or protocol. That means: we shoulder the responsibility, so you can sit back and relax.
