Mobile Electropolishing

The quality requirements for product-wetted pharmaceutical surfaces are constantly increasing. The surfaces must be in perfect condition in order to meet the demands.  Electropolished surfaces of pharmaceutical production equipment, however, are prone to damages. Such damages can be repaired by means of an electrochemical wiping and polishing technique which ensures that the surface quality again fulfils the original quality requirements.

With the help of the mobile electropolishing device it is possible to repair surface damages of a few square centimeters to larger areas easily on site.  If the tanks to be cleaned can't be transported because of their volume or fixed installation, this is the perfect alternative to the standard polishing process in the electrolyte bath.
